Refund policy
EXCHANGE
Kindly write to us in case you need to exchange a product within 5 days of receiving the same.
REFUNDS
- Refunds are only possible only in case you have received defective/damaged products or you have received an incorrect product(product received does not match the product ordered online). In both cases complaints should be raised within 24 hours of delivery of the product.
TERMS FOR EXCHANGE/ REFUNDS
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed with tags intact. Items will only be accepted in their original packaging. We might ask for images before arranging pick up.
- Exchanges can only be booked once per order. Items that have been already exchanged are not eligible for further exchange.
- We will arrange a pick-up from your place after receiving the request. Reverse pick-up may not be available on selected pin -codes, in such cases customer has to ship the product back to Ambar office at her/his own risks, costs & responsibility within 7 days of receipt of the product.
- Refund process (if customer requests for refund) will start only after we receive back the product and validate the return. Refunds will be made to original mode of payment within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Exchanged product will be shipped only after we receive back the original product and validate the return.
CANCELLATIONS
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.
- If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will refund the full amount to the card used for making the payment.
- No request for cancellation will be entertained after 24 hours of placing the order.
